Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Education Law dated June 14, 2005;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training in Circular No. 11510/BGD&ĐT-ĐH&SĐH dated December 13, 2005 on the assignment of the task of training master's degree students to Ton Duc Thang University,
DECISION:
Article 1. Assign the task of training master's degree students to Ton Duc Thang University.
Article 2. The Ministry of Education and Training shall examine and specify the specific majors for training at Ton Duc Thang University.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 4. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial and municipal People's Committees under central cities, and the Rector of Ton Duc Thang University are responsible for implementing this Decision.
