Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Conclusion of the Politburo in Document No. 2377-CVNS/BTCTW dated August 18, 2007 regarding Mr. Nguyen Trong Dieu ceasing to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Home Affairs to assume the position of Deputy Director of the National Academy of Political Administration and Public Administration - Director of the National Academy of Public Administration,
DECISION:
Article 1. Mr. Nguyen Trong Dieu ceases to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Home Affairs to take on new responsibilities as decided by the Politburo.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. The Minister of Home Affairs and Mr. Nguyen Trong Dieu are responsible for implementing this Decision.
