DECISION
REGARDING THE DESIGNATION OF TESTING LABORATORIES
MINISTER OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS
WHEREAS, Decree No. 187/2007/ND-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulates the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Information and Communications;
WHEREAS, Decision No. 50/2006/QD-BBCVT dated December 1, 2006 of the Minister of Posts and Telecommunications (now the Ministry of Information and Communications) stipulates the designation of testing laboratories for quality management under the specialized supervision of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications;
Pursuant to the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. DESIGNATE THE TESTING LABORATORY:
TELECOMMUNICATIONS TESTING CENTER HTE (HTEST)
BELONGING TO: HO CHI MINH CITY TELECOMMUNICATION ENGINEERING SERVICES JOINT STOCK COMPANY
SATISFYING ALL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE DESIGNATION OF TESTING LABORATORIES FOR QUALITY MANAGEMENT UNDER THE SPECIALIZED SUPERVISION OF THE MINISTRY OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS AS PROVIDED IN DECISION NO. 50/2006/QD-BBCVT WITH THE LIST OF DESIGNATED TESTING LABORATORIES ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION.
Article 2. THE TESTING LABORATORY MENTIONED IN ARTICLE 1 MUST COMPLY WITH ALL REQUIREMENTS FOR DESIGNATED TESTING LABORATORIES AS PROVIDED BY CURRENT REGULATIONS.
Article 3. THE TESTING LABORATORY MENTIONED IN ARTICLE 1 AND ASSOCIATED AUTHORITIES AND ORGANIZATIONS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION.
Article 4. THIS DECISION SHALL BE EFFECTIVE FOR A PERIOD OF THREE YEARS FROM THE DATE OF ISSUANCE.
