SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIET NAM
WHEREAS Article 3 of the Resolution dated December 18, 1980 of the National Assembly stipulates certain points regarding the implementation of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
AT THE PROPOSAL OF THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS;
RESOLVES:
1. To approve the amendment and establishment of new organizations within the State apparatus:
a) Splitting the Ministry of Electricity and Coal into two ministries:
- Ministry of Electric Power,
- Ministry of Mines and Coal.
b) Splitting the Ministry of Foodstuffs and Commodities into two ministries:
- Ministry of Food Industry,
- Ministry of Foodstuffs.
2. The Council of Ministers shall specify in detail the functions, duties, authorities, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Electric Power, the Ministry of Mines and Coal, the Ministry of Food Industry, and the Ministry of Foodstuffs.
