of the Haiphong Joint Stock Commercial Bank. 

GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM

WHEREAS EDUCATION Law on the State Bank of Vietnam 1. Pursuant to the Government Decree number 15/ dated October 20, 2015 of dated 02/3/of parallel agencies reason at the request of the Director of the Planning Department Ministries, Amending the payment transaction name of the Haiphong Joint Stock Commercial Bank - item c, clause 3, Article 5 "Regulations on the Banking Code System, Credit Organizations, and State Treasury Accounts opened at the State Bank for Direct Payment Transactions" issued together with Decision No. 59/2000/QĐ-NHNN2 dated February 22, 2000 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam as follows:AND;

the Director at the proposal of the Director of the Ministry's Office; Joint Stock Commercial Bank name - The following amendments are made to Article 2 of Decision No. 1247/2003/QĐ-NHNN dated October 20, 2003 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam promulgating regulations on the banking code system used in transactions through the State Bank of Vietnam:

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.

Article 3. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Accounting and Finance Department, the Director of the Banking Information Technology Department, the Heads of units under the State Bank, the Governors of the State Bank Branches in provinces and centrally governed cities; the General Directors (Directors) of Payment Service Providers and the National Treasury are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
