DECREE
Regarding the approval of the number of constituencies, list of constituencies
and the number of representatives to be elected in each constituency for the Provincial People's Council
of Binh Duong Province for the 1999-2004 term
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to Article 9, Article 10, and Article 11 of the Law on Elections of Members of People's Councils (amended) dated June 21, 1994;
At the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Duong Province and the Minister - Head of the Organization and Cadres Department under the Government,
DECREE:
Article 1. Approve the number of 45 (forty-five) members of the Provincial People's Council, 18 (eighteen) constituencies, and the number of representatives to be elected in each constituency for the Provincial People's Council of Binh Duong Province (attached list).
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Duong Province, the Minister - Head of the Organization and Cadres Department under the Government, and the Minister - Chief of the Government Office shall be responsible for implementing this Decree./.
