Decision of the Minister of Finance
On setting the toll rate for Nguyen Van Troi Bridge - National Route 14B

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of ministries and agencies at the ministerial level;
Pursuant to the Prime Minister's Decision No. 853/1997/CT-TTg dated October 11, 1997 on combating smuggling under new circumstances;
Pursuant to Decree No. 04/1999/ND-CP dated January 30, 1999 of the Government on fees and charges under the State budget;
Pursuant to the proposal of the People's Committee of Da Nang City in Document No. 2082/UB-VP dated September 22, 1999 regarding the request to reduce the toll rate for Nguyen Van Troi Bridge.
After consultation with the Ministry of Transport and based on the proposal of the Director General of the Tax General Department;
DECISION:
Article 1: The attached Table of Toll Rates for Nguyen Van Troi Bridge - National Route 14B shall be applied to the subjects specified in Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998, Circular No. 75/1998/TT-BTC dated June 2, 1998, and Circular No. 05/1999/TT-BTC dated January 13, 1999 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the collection of bridge and road fees managed by the State.
Article 2: The toll collection agency for Nguyen Van Troi Bridge shall register, declare, collect, and remit the tolls for using Nguyen Van Troi Bridge to the local tax authority in accordance with Circular No. 54/1999/BTC dated May 10, 1999 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the implementation of Decree No. 04/1999/ND-CP dated January 30, 1999 of the Government on fees and charges under the State budget.
Article 3: This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature, replacing Decision No. 10/1999/QD/BTC dated January 25, 1999 of the Ministry of Finance on setting the toll rate for Nguyen Van Troi Bridge - National Route 14B.
Article 4: Organizations and individuals subject to payment of fees, units assigned by the Ministry of Transport to organize the collection of tolls for Nguyen Van Troi Bridge - National Route 14B, and related agencies shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
