THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to the Seed Plant Variety Ordinance;
At the proposal of the Director of the Crop Production Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. The "Supplementary List of Crop Varieties Permitted for Production and Business" is hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Crop Production Department, the Director of the Science, Technology and Environment Department, the Directors of the Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development of the provinces and centrally-administered cities, and the Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
