Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to the Education Law dated June 14, 2005; and the Law Amending Certain Provisions of the Education Law dated November 25, 2009;

Pursuant to the Investment Law dated November 29, 2005;

Pursuant to the Enterprise Law dated November 29, 2005, as amended in 2009;

Pursuant to Resolution No. 47/NQ-CP dated July 8, 2014 of the Government on the regular meeting of the Government in June 2014;

At the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training,

The Government promulgates this Decree amending Clause 6 of Article 31 of Decree No. 73/2012/NĐ-CP dated September 26, 2012 of the Government on cooperation and investment by foreign entities in the field of education.

ARTICLE 1. Amends Clause 6 of Article 31 of Decree No. 73/2012/NĐ-CP dated September 26, 2012 of the Government on cooperation and investment by foreign entities in the field of education as follows:

“6. Foreign teachers or lecturers teaching at vocational training institutions or higher education institutions with foreign investment must meet the requirements set forth in Clauses 4 and 5 of this Article and have at least five years of experience in the same teaching field.”

ARTICLE 2. Effective date

1. This Decree takes effect from February 16, 2015.

2. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees and municipal People's Committees directly under the central government are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
