Decree No. 124 Appointing Messrs. Nguyen Van Khang, Nguyen Duy Than, and Chu Van Tan as members of the Anti-French Resistance Administration Committee of the First Combined Zone.

CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 63 dated November 22, 1945 and Decree-Law No. 77 dated December 21, 1945 organizing the people's administration and administrative committees,

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 1/SL dated December 18, 1946 establishing the Protection Committees and the joint decree of the ministries No. 6-NV/ct dated December 28, 1946 implementing that decree-law,

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 3-NV/SL dated December 23, 1946 suspending elections for the People's Council and administrative committees,

Pursuant to Decree-Laws Nos. 34/SL dated March 19, 1947 and 38/SL dated March 28, 1947 amending Decree-Law No. 1/SL dated December 18, 1946,

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 78/SL dated September 3, 1947 regarding the declaration of personnel in the Anti-French Resistance Committees,

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 120/SL dated January 25, 1948 organizing the inter-provincial zones and establishing the Anti-French Resistance Administrative Committees for inter-provincial zones,

At the request of the Minister of Interior Affairs, the Minister of National Defense, and the Chief Commander of the Vietnam National Army,

ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-LAW:

Article 1

The following individuals are hereby appointed as members of the Anti-French Resistance Administrative Committee for inter-provincial zone No. 1:

Mr. Nguyen Khang, People's Member

Mr. Nguyen Duy Thân, Administrative Member

Chu Van Tan, Military Member

Article 2

The Ministers of Interior Affairs and National Defense, and the Chief Commander of the Vietnam National Army shall implement this decree-law accordingly.
