BASED ON DECREE NO. 178/CP DATED OCTOBER 28, 1994 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;

Article 1The branch of the Financial Advisory and Accounting Audit Service Company in Ho Chi Minh City shall be dissolved.
Article 2The General Director of the Financial Advisory and Accounting Audit Service Company is responsible for transferring all assets, capital, and personnel of the Branch to the Accounting and Financial Advisory Company of Ho Chi Minh City (referred to as AFC Ho Chi Minh City), a state-owned enterprise under the Ministry of Finance established pursuant to Decision No. 108 TC/TCCB dated February 13, 1995 of the Minister of Finance.
The transfer must be completed before March 1, 1995.
Article 3This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance. The Heads of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department and Training Department, the Heads of the Financial Management and Administration Department, the Director of the State Capital and Asset Management General Department at Enterprises, the Director of the Office of the Ministry, the Directors of AASC, the Branch of AASC in Ho Chi Minh City, and the Director of the Accounting and Financial Advisory Company of Ho Chi Minh City are responsible for implementing this Decision.
