of the Transport Technical Vocational School
in the Mekong Delta Region

THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORTATION
Pursuant to Decree No. 22/CP dated March 22, 1994 of the Government stipulating the tasks, powers, responsibilities for state management and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
Pursuant to Decision No. 297/1998/QD-BGTVT dated February 25, 1998 of the Minister of Transport regarding the acceptance of the Transport Technical Vocational School in the Mekong Delta Region from the People's Committee of Soc Trang Province, under the Ministry of Transport;
Considering the proposal of the Rector of the Transport Technical Vocational School in the Mekong Delta Region at Report No. 42/TTr-TC dated March 31, 1999 and the Director of the Personnel and Labor Affairs Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision hereby promulgates the "Regulation on the organization and operation of the Transport Technical Vocational School in the Mekong Delta Region," under the Ministry of Transport, effective from the date of issuance.
Article 2. Based on this Regulation, the Rector of the Transport Technical Vocational School in the Mekong Delta Region shall be responsible for defining the functions, tasks, and working relationships of the departments and subordinate units of the school to ensure consistency.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry’s Office, Department Directors, the Rector of the Transport Technical Vocational School in the Mekong Delta Region, and the heads of relevant units under the Ministry shall implement this Decision within their respective areas of responsibility.
