THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS

Pursuant to Decree No. 48/2008/NĐ-CP dated April 17, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
Pursuant to Decision No. 30/QD-TTg dated January 10, 2007 of the Prime Minister approving the Project on Simplifying Administrative Procedures in various fields of state management for the period 2007-2010;
Pursuant to Decision No. 07/QD-TTg dated January 4, 2008 of the Prime Minister approving the Implementation Plan for the Project on Simplifying Administrative Procedures in various fields of state management for the period 2007-2010;
Pursuant to Circular No. 3335/VPCP-TCCV dated May 22, 2008 of the Government Office regarding the notification of the Prime Minister's opinion on the implementation of Decision 30 and Decree No. 20/2008/ND-CP;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Cadre and Civil Service Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. The working group to implement Decision 30 on simplifying administrative procedures in various fields of state management of the Ministry of Home Affairs for the period 2007-2010 shall consist of the following officials and civil servants:

1. Mr. Nguyen Xuan Binh, Director of the Ministry's Office, serving as Group Leader;

2. Mr. Ha Quang Ngoc, Deputy Director of the Ministry's Office, serving as Deputy Group Leader;

3. Mr. Nguyen Quang Ngoc, Deputy Head of the Legal Department;

4. Mr. Nguyen Hoa Binh, Deputy Head of the Administrative Reform Department;

5. Mr. Nguyen Hop, Deputy Director of the Information Center;

6. Mr. Nguyen The Bac, Deputy Head of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department;

7. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh, Specialist of the Civil Servant-Viên chức Department;

8. Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan, Specialist of the General Affairs Section, Ministry's Office;

9. Mr. Tran Van Khien, Specialist of the Legal Department. The Ministry's Office will assign a specialist to join the permanent team assisting the working group.

Article 2. The tasks of the working group shall be carried out in accordance with Decision No. 07/QD-TTg dated January 4, 2008 of the Prime Minister to assist the Minister in implementing the Project on Simplifying Administrative Procedures in various fields of state management of the Ministry of Home Affairs for the period 2007-2010. Specific tasks of the working group members shall be assigned by the Group Leader.

Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance and replaces Decision No. 920/QD-BNV dated July 22, 2008 of the Minister of Home Affairs regarding the establishment of the working group to implement Decision 30 on simplifying administrative procedures of the Ministry of Home Affairs for the period 2007-2010.

Article 4. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Head of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department, heads of relevant units, and the officials and civil servants named in Article 1 are responsible for implementing this Decision.
