election and the number of representatives elected in each constituency
PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COUNCIL OF CA MAU PROVINCE, TERM 1999 – 2004
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to Article 9, Article 10, and Article 11 of the Law on Election of People's Council Deputies (amended) dated June 21, 1994;
AT THE REQUEST OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PROVINIAL PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF CA MAU AND THE MINISTER - HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT,
DECREE:
Article 1. APPROVES THE QUANTITY OF 49 (FOURTY-NINE) MEMBERS OF THE PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COUNCIL, 18 (EIGHTEEN) ELECTION UNITS, AND THE NUMBER OF MEMBERS TO BE ELECTED IN EACH ELECTION UNIT FOR THE CA MAU PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COUNCIL (ATTACHED LIST).
Article 2. THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PROVINIAL PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF CA MAU, THE MINISTER - HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT, AND THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE GOVERNMENT'S OFFICE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECREE.
