DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF TRADE
Regarding the issuance of the Working Regulations of the Ministry of Trade with news agencies
THE MINISTER OF TRADE
Pursuant to the Press Law dated December 28, 1989, and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Press Law dated June 12, 1999;
Pursuant to Decree No. 51/2002/NĐ-CP dated April 26, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Press Law and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Press Law;
Pursuant to Decree No. 24/2000/ND-CP dated July 31, 2000 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Law on Foreign Investment in Vietnam;
The Minister of Industry and Trade promulgates the Circular amending and supplementing certain provisions on the delegation of administrative procedures in fields under the management of the Ministry of Industry and Trade."
DECISION:
Article 1. The Working Regulations of the Ministry of Trade with news agencies are hereby promulgated together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office and Heads of units under the Ministry shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
