Regarding the approval of the adjustment of the plan for restructuring and modernizing state-owned enterprises under the People's Committee of Dak Lak Province state-owned company
under the People's Committee of Phu Yen Province
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decision No. 155/2004/QĐ-TTg dated August 24, 2004 of the Prime Minister on issuing criteria and classification list for state-owned companies and independent accounting subsidiaries under State-owned Corporations;
Considering the proposal of the People's Committee of Phu Yen Province,
DECISION:
Article 1. Approves the adjustment of the restructuring and renewal plan for some state-owned companies directly under the People's Committee of Phu Yen Province as follows:
1. Convert into a limited liability company with one member (to be implemented in 2005):
- Phu Yen Highway Management Company.
- Urban Development and Construction Company.
- Phu Yen Water Supply and Drainage Company.
2. Shareholding reform (to be implemented in 2006):
a) Companies implementing shareholding reform, the State holding more than 50% of the charter capital
- Comprehensive Printing Company.
b) Companies implementing shareholding reform, when selling shares for the first time, the State retains at least 51% of the shares
- Phu Yen General Supplies Company.
c) Companies implementing shareholding reform, the State retains a low percentage of shares or does not retain any shares
- Industrial Import-Export Production Company.
- Mountainous Trade Company.
3. Merger (to be implemented in 2005):
- Merge Service and Infrastructure Exploitation Company of Industrial Zones into Investment and Development of Industrial Zones Company.
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Yen Province directs the implementation of the restructuring and renewal of state-owned companies directly under the People's Committee of Phu Yen Province according to Decision No. 11/QĐ-TTg dated January 2, 2003 of the Prime Minister on approving the overall restructuring and renewal plan for state-owned enterprises directly under the People's Committee of Phu Yen Province for the period 2003-2005 and this Decision.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Yen Province and heads of relevant agencies are responsible for enforcing this Decision.
