Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated December 25, 2001.
Pursuant to the Law on State-Owned Enterprises dated November 26, 2003.
Pursuant to the Law on Enterprises dated June 12, 1999.
Pursuant to the Decree No. 153/2004/NĐ-CP dated August 9, 2004 of the Government on the organization and management of state-owned corporations and the transformation of state-owned corporations and independent state-owned enterprises into the holding company - subsidiary model.
Pursuant to the Decree No. 132/2005/NĐ-CP dated October 20, 2005 of the Government on the implementation of the rights and obligations of the state owner towards state-owned enterprises.
Considering the proposal of the Board of Directors of the Southern Foodstuff Corporation.

Article 1. The Charter on the organization and operation of the Southern Foodstuff Corporation under the holding company - subsidiary model is hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and the Board of Directors of the Southern Foodstuff Corporation are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
