BASED ON THE INSPECTION LAW ON JUNE 15, 2004;
Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 153/2005/ND-CP OF DECEMBER 15, 2005 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE ORGANIZATION AND OPERATIONS OF THE AGRICULTURAL INSPECTION AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 100/2007/ND-CP OF JUNE 13, 2007 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON INSPECTORS AND ASSOCIATE INSPECTORS;
BASED ON JOINT CIRCULAR NO. 150/TTLT-BTC-TTCP OF DECEMBER 14, 2007 OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE AND THE GOVERNMENT AUDITOR GENERAL GUIDING THE MANAGEMENT AND DISTRIBUTION OF UNIFORMS FOR INSPECTORS AND STAFF OF GOVERNMENT AUDITING BODIES;
BASED ON DOCUMENT NO. 2496/TTCP OF NOVEMBER 17, 2008 OF THE GOVERNMENT AUDITOR GENERAL UNIFYING THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT TO ISSUE THE DECISION REGULATING UNIFORMS, BADGES, NAMEPLATES, RANKS; MEANS AND TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT OF THE AGRICULTURAL INSPECTION AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE CHIEF INSPECTOR OF THE MINISTRY,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION IS THE "REGULATION ON UNIFORMS, BADGES, NAMEPLATES, RANKS; MEANS AND TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT OF THE AGRICULTURAL INSPECTION AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT".
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE, ALL PREVIOUS REGULATIONS CONTRARY TO THIS DECISION ARE ABROGATED.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY'S OFFICE, THE CHIEF INSPECTOR OF THE MINISTRY, THE HEADS OF THE MINISTRY'S DEPARTMENTS AND UNITS, AND THE DIRECTORS OF THE PROVINCE AND CITY AGRICULTURAL AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT SERVICES UNDER THE DIRECT CONTROL OF THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
