DECREE
No. 125 dated July 19, 1946
CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
The Council of Ministers at its meeting on July 19, 1946
At the proposal of the Minister of National Defense and the Chairman of the Military Commission.
RESOLVES:
Article 1
To establish a "Vietnamese Customs" service in the national army.
Article 2
The Customs Service shall be under the authority of:
- The Ministry of National Defense, with regard to administration,
- The Military Commission, with regard to control.
Article 3
The Minister of National Defense and the Chairman of the Military Commission shall implement this resolution accordingly.
