Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 178/CP DATED OCTOBER 28, 1994 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;
Pursuant to Decision No. 106 TC/TCCB dated February 13, 1995 of the Minister of Finance on the establishment of the Danang Audit Company under the Ministry of Finance;

Article 1: Dissolve the Branch of the Financial Advisory Accounting and Auditing Services Company in Danang City.
Article 2: The General Director of the Financial Advisory Accounting and Auditing Services Company shall be responsible for transferring all assets, capital, and personnel of the Branch to the Danang Audit Company (referred to as DANACO), a state-owned enterprise under the Ministry of Finance established pursuant to Decision No. 106 TC/TCCB dated February 13, 1995 of the Minister of Finance.
The transfer must be completed before March 1, 1995.
Article 3: This Decision takes effect from the date of signature. The Heads of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department and Training Department, the Heads of the Financial Affairs Management Department, the Director of the State Capital and Asset Management General Department at Enterprises, the Director of the Office of the Ministry, the Directors of AASC, the Branch of AASC in Danang City, and the Director of the Danang Audit Company shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
