DECISION

Issuing the Management Regulation, Operation, Use and Assurance of Traffic Safety on National Highway 51

THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORTATION

Pursuant to the Ordinance on Protection of Transport Works dated December 2, 1994;

Pursuant to the Decree No. 22/CP dated March 22, 1994 of the Government regarding tasks, authorities, responsibilities for State management and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transportation;

Pursuant to the Decree No. 36/CP dated May 29, 1995 of the Government on ensuring traffic order and safety on roads and in urban areas;

To manage, operate effectively and ensure traffic safety and safety of works on National Highway 51;

At the proposal of the Director of Vietnam Road Administration and the Head of Legal Affairs Department.

DECISION:

Article 1. The "Management Regulation for Operation, Use and Assurance of Traffic Safety on National Highway 51" is hereby issued together with this Decision;

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of signature. Vietnam Road Administration shall be responsible for organizing implementation and monitoring compliance with this Decision;

Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Director of Vietnam Road Administration, Heads of relevant agencies under the Ministry, Directors of Transport Departments in Ba Ria-Vung Tau and Dong Nai Province are responsible for implementing this Decision.
