DECISION OF THE STATE PRESIDENT
Regarding the withdrawal of Vietnamese citizenship
PRESIDENT OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Article 103 and Article 106 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 1992 as amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 51/2001/QH10 dated December 25, 2001 of the National Assembly, tenth session, tenth term;
WHEREAS, the Law on Vietnamese Nationality 1998;
Considering the proposal of the Government at the Memorandum No. 115/CP-XDPL dated September 20, 2005,
DECISION:
Article 1. To revoke Vietnamese citizenship for 17 citizens whose names are listed in the attached list.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
The Prime Minister, the Minister of Justice, the Director of the Office of the President, and the citizens named in the List under Article 1 are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
