THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS
Pursuant to Decree No. 61/2012/ND-CP dated August 10, 2012 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
Pursuant to Decree No. 30/2012/NĐ-CP dated April 12, 2012 of the Government on organization and operation of social funds and charitable funds;
Considering the proposal of the Management Board of the Vietnam Cardiovascular Health Fund and the Director of the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations,
DECISION:
Article 1. Recognize the Vietnam Cardiovascular Health Fund as meeting the conditions for operation.
Article 2. Recognize the Management Board of the Vietnam Cardiovascular Health Fund for the first term (2013 - 2018) consisting of the following individuals:
1. Mr. Pham Gia Khai, Chairman;
2. Mr. Nguyen Lan Viet, Vice-Chairman;
3. Mr. Pham Manh Hung, Member;
4. Mr. Do Doan Loi, Member.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 4. The Chairman of the Management Board of the Vietnam Cardiovascular Health Fund, the Director of the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations, the Director of the Office of the Ministry of Home Affairs, and the individuals named in Article 2 are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
