HIGHWAY NO. 14 SECTION DONG XOAIO - BAN ME THOUTH
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 178/CP DATED OCTOBER 28, 1994 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;
Pursuant to Decision No. 276/CT dated July 28, 1992 of the Chairman of the Council of Ministers (now Prime Minister) on the unified management of tolls and fees;
After receiving the opinion of the Ministry of Transport (Letter No. 2685/GTVT dated August 27, 1998),
At the proposal of the Director General of the State Revenue Administration,
DECISION:
Article 1. - This Decision annexes the Table of Fees for Use of Highway No. 14 Section Dong Xoai - Ban Me Thuot.
Article 2.-The collection objects, organization of collection, payment, and management and use of fees for the use of Highway No. 14 Section Dong Xoai - Ban Me Thuot shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the fee collection system for bridges and roads managed by the State and Circular No. 75/1998/TT-BTC dated June 2, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance guiding amendments and supplements to Point 1.d, Section A, Part IV and Point 3.n, Section I of Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance.
Article 3. - This Decision takes effect from October 1, 1998.
Article 4. - Organizations and individuals subject to payment of fees, units assigned by the Ministry of Transport to organize the collection of fees for the use of Highway No. 14 Section Dong Xoai - Ban Me Thuot, and related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision.
