REGARDING THE APPROVAL OF THE NUMBER OF ELECTORAL UNITS, THE LIST OF ELECTORAL UNITS, AND THE NUMBER OF DELEGATES TO BE Elected IN EACH ELECTORAL UNIT FOR THE PROVINICAL PEOPLE'S COUNCIL OF SOC TRANG PROVINCE FOR THE 1999-2004 TERM

BASED ON Article 9, Article 10, and Article 11 of the Law on the Election of People's Council Deputies (amended) dated JUNE 21, 1994;

THE GOVERNMENT
APPROVES THE NUMBER OF 49 (FORTY-NINE) DELEGATES TO THE SOC TRANG PROVINCIAL PEOPLE'S COUNCIL, 17 (SEVENTEEN) ELECTORAL UNITS, AND THE NUMBER OF DELEGATES TO BE Elected IN EACH ELECTORAL UNIT FOR THE SOC TRANG PROVINCIAL PEOPLE'S COUNCIL (ATTACHED LIST).
At the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Kon Tum province and the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadres Department of the Government,
DECREE:
Article 1. Approves the number of 45 (forty-five) provincial People's Council representatives, 17 (seventeen) electoral units, and the number of representatives to be elected at each electoral unit for the provincial People's Council of Kon Tum province (attached list).
Article 2. Chairman of the People's Committee of Kon Tum province; Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadres Department of the Government and Minister, Director of the Government Office are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
