DECISION OF THE PRIME MINISTER
Terminating the effectiveness of Decision No. 55/2001/QĐ-TTg
dated April 23, 2001 of the Prime Minister
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Industry (Letter No. 2875/BCN-TDTP dated May 29, 2006); and the Minister of Trade (Letter No. 128/TM-ĐB dated May 23, 2006),
DECISION:
Article 1. Terminating the effectiveness of Decision No. 55/2001/QĐ-TTg dated April 23, 2001 of the Prime Minister on approving the Strategy for Development and some mechanisms and policies to support the implementation of the Strategy for the Development of the Textile and Garment Industry in Vietnam until 2010.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and Chairman of the Vietnam Textile and Garment Association are responsible for implementing this Decision.
