NATIONAL ASSEMBLY STANDING COMMITTEE

Pursuant to Article 53 of the 1959 Constitution,
At the proposal of the Council of Ministers,

RESOLUTION:

Approve the Treaty of Friendship and Cooperation between the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the People's Democratic Republic of Laos signed in Vientiane on July 18, 1977./.
