Regarding the number of People's Council representatives for the city; list of units
election and the number of representatives elected in each constituency
People's Council of Dong Nai Province term 1999 – 2004
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to Article 9, Article 10, and Article 11 of the Law on Election of People's Council Deputies (amended) dated June 21, 1994;
At the request of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Nai Province and the Minister - Head of the Organization and Cadres Department of the Government,
DECREE:
Article 1. Approve the number of seventy-one (71) representatives of the People's Council of the province, twenty-four (24) electoral units, and the number of representatives to be elected from each electoral unit for the People's Council of Dong Nai Province (attached list).
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Nai Province, the Minister - Head of the Organization and Cadres Department of the Government, and the Minister - Chief of the Government Office are responsible for implementing this Decree.
