Pilot establishment of the Fire Prevention, Firefighting, and Rescue Department under the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City based on restructuring the fire prevention and firefighting police force of the Ho Chi Minh City Police and some rescue units under departments and sectors of the city.
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of People's Councils and People's Committees dated November 26, 2003;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, the Minister of Public Security, and the Minister of Interior,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee shall specify in detail the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of the Fire Prevention, Firefighting, and Rescue Department of the city.
Article 2. The Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, the Minister of Public Security, and the Minister of Interior are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
