DECISION
Permitting the establishment of the Vietnam Printing Association
THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS
Based on Decree No. 102/SL-L004 dated May 20, 1957 regarding the right to establish Associations;
Pursuant to Decree No. 45/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 9, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
Based on Decree No. 88/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 30, 2003 of the Government regarding organization, operation, and management of Associations;
Considering the proposal of the Steering Committee for the establishment of the Vietnam Printing Association, the Ministry of Culture - Information, and the Director of the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations,
DECISION:
Article 1. Permits the establishment of the Vietnam Printing Association.
Article 2. The Vietnam Printing Association shall organize and operate according to the Statutes of the Vietnam Printing Association approved by the Minister of Home Affairs and be subject to state management by the Ministry of Culture - Information.
The Vietnam Printing Association has legal personality, its own seal and separate account, self-funds its operating expenses and equipment, and complies with the provisions of the law.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Chairman of the Vietnam Printing Association, the Director of the Office of the Ministry of Home Affairs, and the Director of the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations are responsible for implementing this Decision.
