Issuing the Reporting System on Statistics for Drug Prevention and Control

PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to Clause 8, Article 36 of the Law on Preventing and Combating Drugs dated December 9, 2000 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Preventing and Combating Drugs dated June 3, 2008;

Based on the Statistics Law dated June 17, 2003;

Considering the proposal of the Minister of Public Security,

DECISION:

Article 1. The accompanying Decision promulgates the Reporting System on Statistics for Drug Prevention and Control.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from December 10, 2009.

Article 3.

1. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-attached agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees, and Chairpersons of municipal People's Committees directly under the central government shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.

It is requested that the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee and its member organizations, the Supreme People's Procuracy, and the Supreme People's Court implement this Decision in accordance with the provisions herein, in coordination with the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Planning and Investment.

2. The Ministry of Public Security shall take the lead, coordinate with the Ministry of Planning and Investment, relevant ministries, and sectors to provide guidance, inspect, and enforce this Decision.
