AMENDING Circular No. 50/2016/TT-BTC dated March 18, 2016 of the Minister of Finance on the level of collection, management and use of road usage fees at the Liendam toll station on National Highway 20 in Lam Dong Province rates, methods of collection, submission, management and use of the road usage fee at the Lien Dam toll station on National Highway 20, Lam Dong province

Pursuant to the Law on Fees and Charges No. 38/2001/PL-UBTVQH11 dated August 28, 2001;

Pursuant to Decree No. 57/2002/NĐ-CP dated June 3, 2002 and Decree No. 24/2006/NĐ-CP dated March 6, 2006 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Law on Fees and Charges;

Pursuant to Decree No. 215/2013/NĐ-CP dated December 23, 2013 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

At the proposal of the Director of the Tax Policy Department,

The Minister of Finance issues this Circular amending Circular No. 50/2016/TT-BTC dated March 18, 2016 on the level of collection, management and use of road usage fees at the Liendam toll station on National Highway 20 in Lam Dong Province as follows:

Article 1. Amendment The table of levels for collecting road usage fees at the Liendam toll station on National Highway 20 in Lam Dong Province issued together with Circular No. 50/2016/TT-BTC dated March 18, 2016 of the Minister of Finance (Annex attached) is amended.

Article 2. Implementation

1. This Circular takes effect from August 15, 2016.

2. In case any difficulties arise during implementation, relevant agencies, organizations and individuals are requested to promptly report them to the Ministry of Finance for further study and supplementary guidance./.
