Decree No. 127 appoints the gentlemen as members of the Anti-Japanese War Administration Committee of the Four-Region Joint Zone.

ISSUED BY THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

PRESIDENT OF THE VIETNAM DEMOCRATIC REPUBLICIC GOVERNMENT

Pursuant to Decree No. 65 dated November 22, 1945 and Decree No. 77 dated December 21, 1945 organizing people's administration and administrative committees,

Pursuant to Decree No. 1/SL dated December 18, 1946 establishing protection committees and joint ministerial directive No. 6-NV/CT dated December 28, 1946 implementing that decree,

Pursuant to Decree No. 3/NV/SL dated December 28, 1946 temporarily suspending elections for People's Councils and administrative committees,

Pursuant to Decree No. 34/SL dated March 19, 1947 and Decree No. 38/SL dated March 28, 1947 amending Decree No. 1/SL dated December 18, 1946,

Pursuant to Decree No. 78/SL dated September 3, 1947 regarding the declaration of personnel in the Anti-French Resistance Committee,

Pursuant to Decree No. 120/SL dated January 25, 1948 organizing inter-provincial zones and establishing Anti-French Resistance Committees兼任行政委员会,

Pursuant to the proposal of the Minister of Interior, the Minister of National Defense, and the Chief Commander of the National Army of Vietnam,

ISSUES THE DECREE:

Article 1

The following gentlemen are hereby appointed as members of the Anti-French Resistance Committee concurrently serving as administrative committee of inter-provincial zone 4:

Mr. Ho Tung Mau Member of the People's Committee

Vo Lien Son Member of the People's Committee

Nguyen Dinh Ngan Member of the People's Committee

Nguyen Son Military Member

Tran Huu Duc Administrative Member.

Article 2

The Ministers of Interior and National Defense and the Chief Commander of the National Army of Vietnam shall implement this decree accordingly.
