PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Based on the Petroleum Law dated July 19, 1993 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Petroleum Law dated June 9, 2000;
Based on the Government Decree No. 48/2000/NĐ-CP dated September 12, 2000 detailing the implementation of the Petroleum Law;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Industry and Trade,
DECISION:
Article 1. The accompanying this Decision is the Regulation on the organization and operation of the Planning Development Oil and Gas Field Appraisal Council.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, members of the Planning Development Oil and Gas Field Appraisal Council are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
