Decree No. 127/SL Regarding the Issuance of the Charter for State Enterprises

DECREE

NUMBER 127/SL DATE NOVEMBER 4, 1952

THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to Decree No. 104-SL dated January 1, 1948 amended by Decree No. (?) dated February 25, 1949 establishing fundamental principles for state enterprises;

Pursuant to Decree No. 182-SL dated November 4, 1952 regulating the management (?) of state enterprises;

At the proposal of the Minister of Finance and the Minister of Industry and Trade;

In accordance with the resolution of the Council of Ministers and after the Standing Committee of the National Assembly agreed;

ISSUES THE DECREE: 

Article 1

Now abolishes Decree No. 104 dated January 1, 1948 amended by Decree No. 9-SL dated February 25, 1949 establishing fundamental principles for state enterprises.

Article 2

During the resistance war, the Prime Minister issued a charter for state enterprises based on the following fundamental principles:

State enterprises are business organizations aimed at building foundations for a people's democratic economy.

Workers and staff of state enterprises shall be managed through enterprise management committees established by Decree No. 128-SL.

State enterprises are autonomous business units with capital...(?)

Article 3. The Prime Minister, Ministers of various Ministries, and the General Director of the National Bank of Vietnam shall implement this decree.
