Regarding Vietnam's Day of Encouragement for Learning
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training, the Minister of Home Affairs, and the Chairman of the Vietnam Association for Encouragement of Learning.
DECISION:
Article 1. Designating October 2 of each year as Vietnam's Day of Encouragement for Learning to encourage all social strata, social organizations to participate in educational encouragement activities, talent promotion, and the construction of a learning society; honoring outstanding examples of diligent study and collectives and individuals with achievements in educational encouragement and talent promotion work.
Article 2.This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 3. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, the Chairman of the Vietnam Association for Encouragement of Learning, Chairmen of provincial and municipal People's Committees directly under the central government are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
