REGARDING CORRECTION OF CIRCULAR NO. 59/2003/TT-BTC
DATED JUNE 23, 2003 ISSUED BY THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE
RESPECTED: PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES OF PROVINCES AND MUNICIPALITIES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT
The Ministry of Finance has issued Circular No. 59/2003/TT-BTC dated June 23, 2003 to provide detailed guidance on implementing Decree No. 60/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 6, 2003 of the Government detailing and guiding implementation of the State Budget Law; due to oversight in some forms in Appendix No. 6, the Ministry of Finance requests correction as follows:
- In form number 24 - Appendix No. 6, the provision: "Province (city):…" is now amended to read: "District (township, town, city):…".
- In form number 34 - Appendix 6, the provision: "(For use by People's Committees of provinces and municipalities directly under the Central Government when submitting to the People's Councils at the same level)" is now amended to read: "(For use by People's Committees of districts, townships, towns, cities within provinces when submitting to the People's Councils at the same level)".
The Ministry of Finance requests correction for the People's Committees of provinces and municipalities directly under the Central Government to instruct relevant departments and lower-level local authorities to organize implementation.
