THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the Decree No. 118/2008/NĐ-CP dated November 27, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to Decision No. 113/2008/QD-TTg dated August 18, 2008 of the Prime Minister on the establishment and issuance of regulations governing the management and utilization of the Central Enterprise Restructuring Support Fund;
Pursuant to Plan No. 31/PA.STA.10 for the reorganization of surplus labor at Soc Trang Seafood Joint Stock Company, which has been approved by the Board of Directors of the Company;
Pursuant to Request No. 32/DN.STA.10 dated April 10, 2010 of Soc Trang Seafood Joint Stock Company for financial support to settle benefits for surplus labor, which has been approved by the People's Committee of Soc Trang Province on May 19, 2010,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Central Enterprise Restructuring Support Fund shall disburse a total amount of 114,593,000 VND (One hundred fourteen million five hundred ninety-three thousand VND) to Soc Trang Seafood Joint Stock Company to pay severance benefits to 32 employees who have ceased work in accordance with the Labor Code.
Article 2. The General Director of Soc Trang Seafood Joint Stock Company is responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the data in the application for financial support, and for implementing policies for surplus labor due to enterprise restructuring.
The People's Committee of Soc Trang Province is responsible for the results of the review and confirmation of the surplus labor files of Soc Trang Seafood Joint Stock Company.
Article 3. Soc Trang Seafood Joint Stock Company is responsible for receiving the above amount to use it for its intended purpose, in accordance with state regulations, and for settling accounts and retaining relevant books, vouchers, and documents related to the use of funds in compliance with current regulations to serve the inspection and supervision of the Central Enterprise Restructuring Support Fund and related agencies.
Article 4. The State Capital Investment Corporation is responsible for disbursing the financial support to Soc Trang Seafood Joint Stock Company and performing tasks assigned by the Prime Minister according to the regulations on the management and utilization of the Central Enterprise Restructuring Support Fund issued together with Decision No. 113/2008/QD-TTg dated August 18, 2008 of the Prime Minister.
Article 5. This Decision takes effect from the date of signing. The General Director of the State Capital Investment Corporation, the General Director of Soc Trang Seafood Joint Stock Company, and the heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
