REGARDING THE ORGANIZATION OF A FESTIVAL ON THE THEME OF MALARIA PREVENTION AND CONTROL

THE MINISTER OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM

Pursuant to Decree No. 81/CP dated November 8, 1993 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
Pursuant to Decision No. 654/QD-BVHTT dated April 18, 1998 of the Minister of Culture and Information on the establishment of the Population-AIDS and Social Issues Steering Committee;
Considering the proposal of the Rector of the Hanoi University of Theatre and Cinema at Circular No. 118/CV/TSKDA dated July 17, 1999;
In accordance with the proposal of the Population-AIDS and Social Issues Steering Committee.

regarding the organization of a festival on the theme of malaria prevention and control

DECISION:

Article 1. Agree to organize the first border province information and propaganda festival on malaria prevention and control in Nghe An Province, scheduled for mid-November 1999.

Article 2. Entrust the Population-AIDS and Social Issues Steering Committee to coordinate with the Institute of Malaria Parasitology and Entomology under the Ministry of Health and the Department of Culture and Information of Nghe An Province to establish the organizing committee list, prepare the content, implementation plan, and funding to ensure the success of the festival.

Article 3.The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Financial Accounting Department, the Population-AIDS and Social Issues Steering Committee, and the Department of Culture and Information of Nghe An Province are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
