MAIN CONTENTS, PRIMARY TASKS OF STATE ADMINISTRATION AND WORK METHODS FOR NATIONALITY AFFAIRS FOR THE PERIOD 2006-2010
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
BASED ON THE RESOLUTION OF THE 7TH SESSION OF THE PARTY CENTRAL COMMITTEE, TERM IX ON NATIONALITY AFFAIRS;
BASED ON THE ACTION PROGRAM OF THE GOVERNMENT TO IMPLEMENT THE RESOLUTION OF THE 7TH SESSION OF THE PARTY CENTRAL COMMITTEE, TERM IX ON NATIONALITY AFFAIRS;
Considering the proposal of the Minister, Chairman of the National Ethnic Minorities Committee,
DECISION:
Article 1. APPROVES THE PROJECT: "MAIN CONTENTS AND PRIMARY TASKS OF STATE ADMINISTRATION AND WORK METHODS FOR NATIONALITY AFFAIRS FOR THE PERIOD 2006-2010" ATTACHED HERETO.
Article 2. Implementation
THE NATIONAL COMMITTEE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ORGANIZING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROJECT: "MAIN CONTENTS AND PRIMARY TASKS OF STATE ADMINISTRATION AND WORK METHODS FOR NATIONALITY AFFAIRS FOR THE PERIOD 2006-2010", IN COORDINATION WITH MINISTRIES, GOVERNMENT-LEVEL AGENCIES, GOVERNMENT-AFFILIATED AGENCIES, PROVINIAL PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES, AND CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES UNDER THE DIRECT CONTROL OF THE GOVERNMENT.
EACH YEAR, MINISTRIES, GOVERNMENT-LEVEL AGENCIES, GOVERNMENT-AFFILIATED AGENCIES, PROVINIAL PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES, AND CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES UNDER THE DIRECT CONTROL OF THE GOVERNMENT SHALL SUBMIT REPORTS ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROJECT: "MAIN CONTENTS AND PRIMARY TASKS OF STATE ADMINISTRATION AND WORK METHODS FOR NATIONALITY AFFAIRS FOR THE PERIOD 2006-2010" TO THE NATIONAL COMMITTEE FOR COMBINED REPORTING.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 4. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
