BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 01/2008/ND-CP OF JANUARY 3, 2008, DEFINING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT; GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 75/2009/ND-CP OF SEPTEMBER 10, 2009, AMENDING ARTICLE 3 OF GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 01/2008/ND-CP OF JANUARY 3, 2008;
BASED ON THE ORDINANCE ON CONSOLIDATION OF LEGAL DOCUMENTS NO. 01/2012/UBTVQH13 OF THE STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY ON MARCH 22, 2012;
BASED ON THE PRIME MINISTER’S DIRECTIVE NO. 26/CT-TTg OF SEPTEMBER 28, 2012 ON IMPLEMENTING THE ORDINANCE ON CONSOLIDATION OF LEGAL DOCUMENTS AND THE ORDINANCE ON CODIFICATION OF THE SYSTEM OF LEGAL PROVISIONS;

Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION IS THE PLAN FOR CONSOLIDATING LEGAL DOCUMENTS OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT, THE HEADS OF THE MINISTRY’S AGENCIES AND UNITS RELATED TO THIS DECISION SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION./.
