REGARDING THE APPROVAL OF THE NUMBER OF ELECTORAL UNITS, THE LIST OF ELECTORAL UNITS, AND THE NUMBER OF DELEGATES TO BE Elected IN EACH ELECTORAL UNIT FOR THE PROVINICAL PEOPLE'S COUNCIL OF SOC TRANG PROVINCE FOR THE 1999-2004 TERM

AT THE REQUEST OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF SOC TRANG PROVINCE AND THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE BOARD OF THE GOVERNMENT,
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to Article 9, Article 10, and Article 11 of the Law on Election of People's Council Deputies (amended) dated June 21, 1994;
At the request of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Kan Province and the Minister - Head of the Organization and Cadre Affairs Agency under the Government,
DECREE:
Article 1. Approves the number of forty-five (45) provincial People's Council representatives, twenty-one (21) electoral units, and the number of representatives elected at each electoral unit for the Bac Kan Provincial People's Council (attached list).
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Kan Province, the Minister - Head of the Organization and Cadre Affairs Agency under the Government, and the Minister, Director of the Government Office shall be responsible for implementing this Decree./.
