CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 63 dated November 22, 1945 and Decree-Law No. 77 dated December 21, 1945 organizing the people's administration and administrative committees,
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 1/SL dated December 18, 1946 establishing security committees and joint ministerial decree No. 6-NV/CT dated December 28, 1946 implementing that decree-law,
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 3/NV/SL dated December 28, 1946 suspending elections for the People's Council and administrative committees,
Pursuant to Decree-Laws Nos. 34/SL dated March 19, 1947 and 38/SL dated March 28, 1947 amending Decree-Law No. 1/SL dated December 18, 1946,
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 78/SL dated September 3, 1947 regarding the declaration of personnel in resistance committees,
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 120/SL dated January 25, 1948 organizing regional zones and establishing resistance administrative committees for those regions,
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 127/SL dated January 25, 1948 appointing members of the Resistance Administrative Committee for Regional Zone 4,
Pursuant to the election of the Chairman of the Resistance Administrative Committee for Regional Zone 4,
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-LAW:
Article 1
Officially recognizes Mr. Ho Tung Mau as the Chairman of the Resistance Administrative Committee for Regional Zone 4.
Article 2
The Ministers of Interior, Defense, Finance, Justice, Economy and the Chief Commander of the National Army of Vietnam shall implement this decree-law accordingly.
