Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Transport.
DECISION:
Article 1. Attached to this Decision are the targets for reducing casualties from traffic accidents in 2007 compared to 2006.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days after the date of signature.
Article 3. The Minister of Transport is responsible for implementing and supervising the enforcement of this Decision.
Article 4. Ministers of relevant ministries, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
