Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 254-SL dated November 19, 1949 on the organization of people's administration during the resistance period,
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 127 dated November 4, 1949 establishing the North Vietnam Regional Command,
At the request of the Supreme National Defense Council,
In accordance with the resolution of the Government Council,
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-ORDER:
Article 1- Appoints the following individuals to the Anti-French Resistance Committee of North Vietnam Regional Command:
- Chairman, concurrently Military Commissioner:
Lieutenant General Chu Van Tan:
- Deputy Chairmen:
Mr. Bui Quang Tao
Mr. Nguyen Duy Than
- Members:
Mr. Nguyen Van Tuat

Article 2- The Supreme National Defense Council shall implement this Decree-Law accordingly./.
