REGARDING THE APPOINTMENT OF THE DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF THE DANANG AUDIT COMPANY

Pursuant to the Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government stipulating the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

BASED ON DECREE NO. 178/CP DATED OCTOBER 28, 1994 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;

Pursuant to Decision No. 106 TC/QD/TCCB dated February 13, 1995 of the Minister of Finance on the establishment of the Danang Audit Company;

Considering the work requirements and the capabilities of the staff.

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Organization and Cadre Affairs and Training;

Article 1Appoint Mr. Phan Xuan Van to the position of Deputy Director of the Danang Audit Company under the Ministry of Finance.

Article 2Maintain Mr. Phan Xuan Van's current salary level until the company is officially classified.

Article 3This Decision takes effect from the date of signing. The Directors of the Department of Organization and Cadre Affairs and Training, the Department of Financial Management, the Head of the Ministry’s Office, and Mr. Phan Xuan Van are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
