Regarding the adjustment of leadership assignments for advisory organizations,

inter-ministerial coordination bodies established by the Prime Minister,

Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated December 25, 2001.

DECISION:

Article 1. The assignment of leaders for certain advisory organizations and inter-ministerial coordination bodies established by the Prime Minister is adjusted as follows:

- Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung serves as Chairman of the National Steering Committee for the Vietnam Telecommunications Satellite Project established by Decision No. 989/QD-TTg dated September 1, 2003 of the Prime Minister;

- Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Sinh Hung serves as Chairman of the Steering Committee for the Implementation of the Poverty Reduction Program and Program 135 Phase 2006-2010 pursuant to Resolution No. 10/2005/NQ-CP dated September 5, 2005 of the Government;

- Deputy Prime Minister Pham Gia Khiem serves as Chairman of the State Steering Committee for the Basic Survey of Marine Resources and Environment established by Decision No. 889/QD-TTg dated June 6, 2006 of the Prime Minister, replacing Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Sinh Hung.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.

Members of the Government, heads of government agencies, Chairmen of provincial People's Committees under central cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
