REGARDING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE MIDWEST REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE OF THE AGRICULTURAL EXTENSION AND FORESTRY EXTENSION CIRCULAR

Pursuant to Decree 73/CP of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;B||| agriculture and rural development ;
Pursuant to Decree 13/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government promulgating regulations on agricultural extension work;
Pursuant to Joint Circular 02/LB dated September 2, 1993 guiding the implementation of Decree 13/CP on agricultural extension work; Decision No. 02/LB dated September 2, 1993 guiding the implementation of Government Decree No. 13/CP on agricultural extension work;
Upon the proposal of the Director of the Agricultural Extension and Forestry Extension Service and the Head of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department;;
DECISION:
Article 1. The Midwest Representative Office of the Agricultural Extension and Forestry Extension Service is established under the Agricultural Extension and Forestry Extension Service.
The Midwest Representative Office of the Agricultural Extension and Forestry Extension Service shall have its headquarters in Da Nang City (specific location according to the document of the People's Committee of Da Nang City) and shall open a dedicated account at the State Treasury.
Article 2. The Midwest Representative Office of the Agricultural Extension and Forestry Extension Service shall assist the Director of the Agricultural Extension and Forestry Extension Service in performing the functions and tasks of the Service in the Central and Central Highlands provinces in accordance with the division of labor and delegation.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry’s General Office, the Head of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department, the Heads of other relevant agencies under the Ministry, and the Director of the Agricultural Extension and Forestry Extension Service are responsible for implementing this Decision.
