ON THE MERGER OF BIEM SON TEXTILE ENTERPRISE INTO COMPANY 10
THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to Decree No. 55/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decree No. 50/CP dated August 28, 1996 of the Government on the establishment, restructuring, dissolution, and bankruptcy of state-owned enterprises;
Pursuant to Circular No. 3376/VPCP-DMND dated July 9, 2003 of the Government Office on the merger of state-owned enterprises;
At the suggestion of the Director of the Department of Organization and Cadres,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Biem Son Textile Enterprise (under the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa Province) shall be merged into Company 10 (an independent accounting unit of Vietnam National Textile and Garment Corporation).
Article 2. The Vietnam National Textile and Garment Corporation is tasked to coordinate with the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa Province to implement the merger in accordance with the provisions of the law.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
The Director of the Ministry’s Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, Heads of Departments, Directors of Bureaus under the Ministry, Chairman of the Board of Directors, General Director of the Vietnam National Textile and Garment Corporation, General Director of Company 10, and Director of Biem Son Textile Enterprise are responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
