THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Pursuant to Decree No. 113/2003/NĐ-CP dated October 7, 2003 of the Government on the management of fertilizer production and business;

Pursuant to Decree No. 191/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2007 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 113/2003/NĐ-CP dated October 7, 2003 of the Government on the management of fertilizer production and business;

At the proposal of the Director of the Crop Production Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. The attached Decision issues the Regulations on testing, recognizing, and naming new fertilizers.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and replaces Decision No. 37/2007/QĐ-BNN dated April 24, 2007 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on the issuance of Regulations on testing, recognizing, and naming new fertilizers.

Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Crop Production Department, the Head of the Science and Technology Department, the Directors of Provincial Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development under the central cities and provinces, the Heads of units, organizations, and individuals related shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
